The Jewish Community Relations Council continues its strong support of constructive efforts to achieve peace in the Middle East. Within Israel’s open democratic society and within the American Jewish community there is a wide range of perspectives on the Arab/Israeli conflict. At the same time, there is a strong consensus within the Bay Area organized Jewish community in support of Israelis and Palestinians who wish to live as good neighbors in peace and security.
